Healthy Building Check-Up
Just as you never want to skip your annual physicals or dental screenings, your property should always undergo routine inspections.
The Importance Of Regular Visual Inspections
“Implementing regular visual inspections for dampness can help identify trouble areas before they become major problems and help to prioritize maintenance and repair,” according to Director David Weissman of NIOSH’s Respiratory Health Division. In other words, the best treatment is prevention. Thus, regular healthy building check-ups will help you to both prevent extensive indoor environmental damage, as well as tackle it early should any obstacles arise.

What Is A Healthy Building Check-Up?
Sick building syndrome occurs when a property is flooded with particles of contamination, be it from mold, water damage, volatile organic compounds, or some combination thereof. And the sicker the building, the more likely it is that you will fall sick right along with your property. That’s why Luce Air Quality offers a program wherein clients may enroll in an annual or semi-annual check-up process. While on-site at your home or commercial business, we will survey your property for potential maintenance issues, dampness, and mold growth. Once complete, we will also provide you with a detailed report, as well as comprehensive recommendations for maintenance and remediation if deemed necessary.
Before Your Residential Inspection …
Home is where the heart (and health) is, which is why we want to help you ensure your home is as safe and healthy as possible. However, before we can complete your home inspection, we require that tenants contact the homeowner to receive approval prior to scheduling with our team. This requirement is applicable to residential inspections only.
